Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. Please refer to our refunds policy for more information.

At Uploftme, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility:

Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

All products are refundable, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with
all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary.
That’s why exchanges are always free!

How to Exchange an Item:

Contact us at wecare@uploftme.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

Let us know the reason for the exchange and your preferred replacement item.

We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label to send the original item back.

Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

How to Request a Refund:

Contact our customer service team at wecare@uploftme.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable. $7.50 will be deducted from your refund for the use of our return shipping label.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. $7.50 will be deducted from your refund for the use of our return shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us immediately at wecare@uploftme.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a swift resolution.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has
been shipped.

Shipping Rates:

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee will apply.

Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your items faster, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
